Permitted use

Use POMA for lawful outdoor media discovery, planning, enquiries, approved commercial work and account administration.

Prohibited activity

Do not submit false listings or evidence; impersonate another party; expose protected owner or supplier data; bypass permissions; scrape protected information; upload malware; probe vulnerabilities; disrupt service; commit fraud; or use POMA for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing activity.

Automated access

Automation is allowed only through an expressly enabled POMA function and must respect authentication, approval, rate limits, robots directives and data restrictions.

Enforcement

POMA may preserve evidence, restrict content or functionality, suspend access and report conduct where reasonably necessary for security, marketplace integrity or law.
