Using POMA

Use POMA lawfully, accurately and only within the access granted to you. Account access is approval-based, role-limited and may be suspended for security, misuse, non-payment or material breach.

Platform role

POMA is an independent outdoor media marketplace, campaign-planning and business-workflow platform. POMA coordinates enquiries and approved transactions; it does not publish confidential owner identities or create a direct public owner channel.

Information and estimates

Listings, maps, prices, availability and planning intelligence may change. Evidence labels must be read carefully. Estimates are not guarantees, and commercially important facts require current POMA confirmation.

Bookings and payment

No enquiry, shortlist, proposal, hold, booking or price is final until POMA issues written confirmation and the stated approvals, documents and payment conditions are satisfied.

User responsibility

Users must have the right to submit their content and instructions, keep credentials secure, provide accurate information and respect permissions, intellectual property, privacy and platform security.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, POMA is not responsible for indirect or speculative loss caused by reliance on unconfirmed information, unauthorised use, third-party failure or events outside reasonable control. Applicable Pakistan law and the specific written agreement govern.
