General platform guidance
Account & accessShown for: Visitor / Guest
Sign in, understand your access and use My Portal
- Sign in with your own POMA account.
- Open My Portal; the menu is permission-aware and shows only approved workspaces.
- Check Notifications for approvals, issues or actions requiring attention.
- If access is pending, restricted or suspended, use Help & Escrow instead of trying to bypass the restriction.
Good practice: Never share your password or OTP. Administrators grant or revoke platform permissions.
Media & listingsShown for: Visitor / Guest
Find, compare and review media
- Open Explore Media or the Media Directory.
- Filter by city, area, media type, size and other available attributes.
- Open the listing and review photos, location, media details, availability and Traffic & Audience information.
- Save or compare suitable sites before requesting a campaign or quotation.
Good practice: Traffic and audience predictions are planning ranges unless an item is explicitly shown as verified actual data.
Payments & escrowShown for: Visitor / Guest
Use escrow and payment instructions safely
- Confirm that the specific transaction is explicitly marked for escrow/protected payment.
- Use only payment instructions attached to the official POMA transaction.
- Verify any changed bank or beneficiary details through the official record or authorized POMA management.
- Keep payment reference, quotation and approvals linked to the transaction.
- Use Escrow & Resolution if a milestone, refund or dispute needs review.
Good practice: POMA never needs your password or OTP and you should not pay a personal account on the basis of a chat message.
Disputes & supportShown for: Visitor / Guest
Report an issue or dispute
- Record the site, campaign or transaction reference.
- Describe the issue factually and add dated evidence.
- Attach quotation/approval/payment/proof records that directly relate to the issue.
- Submit through the permitted POMA issue/support channel.
- Track the resolution and keep all decisions inside the recorded case.
Good practice: A concise evidence trail is more useful than screenshots without context.
