POMA Booking & Cancellation Terms

Confirmation

A request, shortlist, quotation, hold or online action is not a confirmed booking. The booking is effective only under POMA’s written confirmation and the stated payment, document, approval and commercial conditions.

Changes and costs

Rates, taxes, media availability, production, printing, installation, permissions, logistics and third-party charges may change before confirmation. A cancellation, postponement or amendment may include costs already committed or work already completed.

Refund position

Any refund or credit depends on the written order, timing, completed work, recoverable commitments, applicable law and approved payment arrangement. It is not automatic.

Unavailable or unsafe site

POMA may cancel, move or propose a substitute if a site becomes unavailable, restricted, unlawful, unsafe, damaged or affected by authority action or events outside reasonable control.
