The Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Section Services-I) has issued an official notification regarding key administrative reshuffling in Bahawalpur.
According to the notification dated October 26, 2026, Mr. Nayyar Mustafa (PMS/BS-18), who was serving as the Managing Director of the Horticulture Agency, Bahawalpur, has been transferred with immediate effect. He has been directed to report to the Services & General Administration Department, Government of the Punjab, for further orders.
In a related appointment, Syed Hasan Raza (PAS/BS-19), the Deputy Commissioner of Bahawalpur, has been assigned the additional charge of the post of Managing Director, Horticulture Agency, Bahawalpur. He will manage these responsibilities in addition to his own duties until further orders.
The orders were issued by the order of the Governor of the Punjab and signed by Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman, with copies forwarded to various federal and provincial administrative departments for information and necessary action.
