This is the official POMA FAQ knowledge base. Why can I not see a menu or workspace another user can see?Account & access
POMA is permission-aware. Menus and actions depend on your approved role, access status and capabilities. Contact POMA if your legitimate work requires additional access; do not share another user’s account.
What happens while my account is pending approval?Account & access
Public help and permitted public pages remain available, but restricted workspaces stay hidden until Administrator approval.
Are all listing details verified?Media & listings
Site fields may have different verification states. Use the visible evidence/status indicators and treat unverified or modeled information accordingly. POMA site-data staff verify photos and approved site parameters, not Traffic Intelligence counts.
What is the difference between a prediction and actual data?Media & listings
Predictions and modeled traffic/audience values are shown as ranges. A precise value should be treated as actual only when the interface explicitly identifies it as a verified recorded observation.
Why can availability change?Campaigns & availability
Media can be booked, released, blocked, under maintenance or otherwise unavailable. Use the current Availability information and recorded campaign confirmation rather than an old screenshot.
Is every POMA booking escrow-protected?Payments & escrow
No. Escrow protection applies only when the specific approved transaction explicitly says so and official escrow/payment instructions have been issued.
What should I do if bank details change in WhatsApp or chat?Payments & escrow
Do not pay based only on the message. Confirm the change through the official POMA transaction record or authorized POMA management using published contact details. Never share an OTP or password.
What does a Campaign Tracker do?Proof & roles
A Campaign Tracker records assigned campaign proof/status only. Trackers do not verify site master data, collect Traffic Intelligence counts, change commercial terms or approve financial release.
Who verifies media-site data?Proof & roles
Authorized POMA site-data/verification staff verify photos and approved site parameters such as location, dimensions, structure, lighting and condition.
Why does Traffic Intelligence show ranges?Traffic Intelligence
Forecast traffic, reach, OTS and similar calculated values are uncertain by nature. POMA uses ranges for modeled/predicted values; verified actual observations remain distinct from the prediction.
Is Eyeballs/OTS a directly measured impression count?Traffic Intelligence
No. OTS is an opportunity-to-see planning estimate based on traffic/person flow, facing share, pedestrians and visibility/dwell factors. It can be refined by better evidence but is not a guaranteed view count.
Will POMA ask for my password or OTP?Security & privacy
No legitimate POMA support/payment process needs your password or OTP. Report suspicious requests immediately.
Why are some administrator or finance details hidden?Security & privacy
POMA uses least-privilege access. Sensitive controls and internal evidence are only shown to roles that need them.
What evidence should I attach to a dispute?Disputes & support
Use the relevant campaign/site/transaction reference and attach only material that supports the issue: quotation, approval, payment reference, artwork approval, assigned proof, issue report and dated communications.
How do I get support faster?Disputes & support
Include the exact site, campaign or transaction reference, explain the issue briefly, and attach relevant evidence. This helps POMA route the matter to the correct permitted team.
